Helped increase follower counts by analyzing performance data, contributing to content strategy, and building a consistent brand voice. Engaged with 1,000+ daily comments and messages, moderated content, and interacted with user-generated content (UGC), brands, influencers, and celebrities to cultivate an engaged, loyal community. Supported broader marketing objectives through monthly newsletters, social campaigns, cross-promotion efforts, and the development of FAQ and crisis communication guidelines.

I conducted outreach and helped identify and invite relevant brands and members of the rare disease community to participate in a giveaway campaign. Four brands joined the initiative, driving strong engagement with over 130 follower comments and increasing brand visibility through shares and community interactions.
